3. Booking and Scheduling

3.1 Service Requests

All service requests are subject to availability. We will confirm your booking via phone, email, or SMS.

3.2 Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time. Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.

3.3 Rescheduling

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate rescheduling requests. Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice when possible.

4. Pricing and Payment

4.1 Quotes

All quotes are estimates based on the information provided. Final pricing may vary based on actual conditions and scope of work.

Nicole’s Cleaning Service may offer special promotions and discounts from time to time, including but not limited to:

  • New Customer Discount: We offer a 20% discount on the first cleaning service for new customers. This promotion is valid for first-time clients only and cannot be combined with other offers or promotions.
  • Limited-time offers may be available and will be clearly stated with their terms and conditions.
  • All promotions are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at any time without prior notice.
  • Promotional discounts apply only to the specific services and timeframes stated in the offer.

Terms of the 20% New Customer Discount:

  • Valid only for first-time customers who have never used Nicole’s Cleaning Service services before
  • Discount applies to the first cleaning service booked and completed
  • Cannot be combined with any other promotions, discounts, or special offers
  • Must be mentioned at the time of booking or quote request
  • Subject to service availability and scheduling
  • Nicole’s Cleaning Service reserves the right to verify new customer status

4.3 Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed. We accept various payment methods including cash, credit cards, and digital payments.

4.4 Late Payment

Late payments may be subject to additional fees. We reserve the right to suspend services for accounts with outstanding balances.

5. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about the property and cleaning requirements
  • Ensure safe access to the property
  • Secure or remove valuable and fragile items
  • Provide adequate utilities (water, electricity) for cleaning
  • Notify us of any special conditions (pets, security systems, etc.)
  • Secure any pets during the cleaning service

6. Service Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our cleaning service, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion, and we will address the issue promptly.

7. Liability and Insurance

7.1 Our Coverage

Nicole’s Cleaning Service is fully licensed and insured. We maintain liability insurance to protect against accidental damage that may occur during our services.

7.2 Limitations

We are not liable for:

  • Pre-existing damage to property or items
  • Damage to items that were not properly secured
  • Valuables left unsecured
  • Issues arising from inadequate utilities or access

Claims for damage must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We respect your privacy and protect your personal data.

9. Intellectual Property

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service to any client for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Non-payment

  • Abusive or threatening behavior toward our staff
